"Took my kitty here for a nasty ear infection secondary to a fight with another cat. Was able to get an appointment within a few hours of calling. Was promptly seen when we got there and the treatment was excellent. A week later kitty is doing much better, eat all cleared up and he is very happy to be out of his cone of shame 😁"

I took my boy Scabbers in there today because they're the only vet that has experience with exotic animals (he's my pet rat), I had to have him put to sleep due to his condition eventually worsening over time, I was an absolute mess and Katrina and the other nurse who's name I unfortunately can't remember let me cradle him in my arms until the sedative set in and he could be peacefully put to sleep! I can't thank them enough for everything they did for me. They are also holding him until I can get his ashes paid for to bring him home which is absolutely amazing ❤️
